Return & Refund Policy
At Krishna Sewa Chikan, we take pride in offering high-quality handcrafted Chikankari products. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team at info@krishnasewachikan.com with:
- Order number
- Product images
- Clear images showing the issue
Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Products used or washed after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Clearance or sale items (if applicable)
Since our products involve handcrafted Chikankari work, slight variations in embroidery or color are natural and not considered defects.
Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- Our team will arrange a pickup through our courier partner, or
- You may be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With tags and invoice
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via:
- Bank Transfer
- UPI
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
